This is The Circadian Cycle of Qi, used in Chinese medicine as both a diagnostic aid and as a guide for healthy living.
 
Chinese medicine believes that qi ("chi"), a persons life energy, circulates around the body in a 24-hour cycle. As it circulates, there are times of the day when it resonates most abundantly in each meridian or organ system. This is the medicines way of describing the natural biological rhythm of human beings, their sleep/wake cycle known as circadian rhythm. Also referred to as the "Qi Clock" or "Horary Cycle", this design illustrates that movement, the specific 2-hour increments for each organ system, and the yin yang associations for the time of day.
 
Additionally, the lower section of the print depicts the linear version of the time progression, including the Six Stage (Six Conformation) hand/foot attributions for each organ system and their yin/yang assignments.
